Some people say that everything is either black or white, right or wrong. They usually say that their way is the only right way. Things aren't always as they appear. The magic is inside of you to see the reality. For fun pics of the city, please scroll down. For more photos and my take on scripture, go to: https://prayersforcommunity.blogspot.com/
Oh, to skate in the middle of winter!
And I got to skate with friends!
Almost run over by the zamboni!
OK, I was safely off the ice!
On the coldest day I had to skate at College Park- hardly any body there and the ice was perfect! Froze my face and loved every minute of it!!
Gotta check out the smart lights!
Reminds me of the time tunnel!
Then I went singing with a group at a seniors home and a singalong event for Valentine's Day!
Gotta dress for the occasion!
The end of that week was poetry read at Buddies In Bad Times Theatre!
What a show off!! HAHA!
Oh,
ya! And on the last weekend of February I skated with friends again and
got to go to a birthday party for someone who reached the 40th
milestone!!
I dont know about other people, but I enjoyed walking in the snow- so beautiful!!
I had a lot of fun this winter!
Hope yas all had a swell time, too!

The Ceremony at St. Paul's Bloor Street on Sunday started with a band!
Many people came out to honour our vets!
Wreaths were placed honouring the soldiers who sacrificed their lives.
Guns fired off their salute with sharp cracks piercing the quiet of the cold November skies!
So smartly dressed and so disciplined in their part of the ceremony. Such a beautiful sight with the fall foliage and the historic church in the background!
So solemn was the weather, but the fall colours around were so brilliant against the grey skies!
God rest those fallen and God watch over all families left behind!
On Monday the trees at Queens park were not going to be out done!
Another grey day, but many people came!
Despite the chill in the air most stayed through all the speeches and wreath laying.
Many immaculately dressed standing tall and proud to honour their colleagues
as the band played fervently.
So many in perfectly worn uniforms proudly marching!
Many even stayed after to take pics of people they knew in service in front of the wreaths
and many talked a while before leaving.
Two beautiful services to honour our military and remember their sacrifice!
This
year I got so much luv from the partiers on the street that I didn't
get a chance to take pics of my own of the fabulous characters gracing
our village!
Scroll down for links to more of the parties past!
The street was absolutely crammed store front to store front!!
Wonderful people well behaved and just out for fun!
