The Ceremony at St. Paul's Bloor Street on Sunday started with a band!
Many people came out to honour our vets!
Wreaths were placed honouring the soldiers who sacrificed their lives.
Guns fired off their salute with sharp cracks piercing the quiet of the cold November skies!
So smartly dressed and so disciplined in their part of the ceremony. Such a beautiful sight with the fall foliage and the historic church in the background!
So solemn was the weather, but the fall colours around were so brilliant against the grey skies!
God rest those fallen and God watch over all families left behind!
On Monday the trees at Queens park were not going to be out done!
Another grey day, but many people came!
Despite the chill in the air most stayed through all the speeches and wreath laying.
Many immaculately dressed standing tall and proud to honour their colleagues
as the band played fervently.
So many in perfectly worn uniforms proudly marching!
Many even stayed after to take pics of people they knew in service in front of the wreaths
and many talked a while before leaving.
Two beautiful services to honour our military and remember their sacrifice!
